Elder Law is a rather broad term used to describe legal issues facing seniors - everything from estate planning, to planning for long-term care, to elder abuse, to nursing home negligence, and much more.

What is Our Focus?

We are a planning firm, not a personal injury firm, so our firm's focus is in helping our clients plan for the future. Our elder law specific planning is centered around planning for the expense of long-term care - developing unique estate plans that allow the high cost of long-term care to be offset by qualifying for public benefits, so that what you have saved over a lifetime can still be inherited by your chosen heirs rather than the state, a nursing home, or assisted care facility.
